Downloads can be challenging for some - here are some FAQs to help you out. If you need help please CONTACT US for quick assistance.

Note that you will need a PC or Mac to get the downloads. Currently they don't work with the iPad or iPhone but you can place an order and play with these devices.

How/When do I get my MP3/PDF downloads that I have ordered?

When you order and pay you immediately receive an email with your links to your downloads. If you are have an account with us you can also download the files from your "order status" page when you are signed in.

I would like to order the MP3 downloads but am not very internet savvy – is it easy to do?

Have no concern - it is easy. You receive an email with links to your downloads.

For a PC you simply LEFT click on those links and the files will be automatically saved to your computer. Most likely they will be saved into your downloads folder although some PCs may be set up to save them elsewhere such as on the desktop.

For the MAC - simply click on the link and iTunes will boot up and load the file. You can play the file here. The file will also be stored in the iTunes music folder and also stored in your downloads folder.

I click on the link to get my download and nothing happens - I get a note that says "...your downloads have expired"

There are two possible reasons for this - one is that the downloads really have expired (see below). The other is that you right clicked (for a PC) on the link (please make sure you LEFT click).

In these cases you will need to CONTACT US so we can reset your order.

I can't find the file I downloaded on my computer

Ok - some computers are set up differently to store downloads but mostly they are downloaded into the "Downloads" folder on both PC and MAC. If you have trouble finding them you can do a search for the file by typing in part or all of the title in the find or search box.

Can I download the files more than once?

You have the option to download the files 3 times.

For how long are my downloads available?

The downloads are available for 5 days from ordering before they expire giving you plenty of time.
