How long will it take to get my order  

Downloads are processed immediately - you receive an email with links.
For shipped items - Americas, Europe and Africa: 5 to 12 days. Asia and NZ: 3 to 7 days; Australia: in a jiffy

How will my order be sent

We send international orders by Australia Post Air Mail and local orders by Australia Post

Is there tracking on my order?

No – we do not yet offer this service. We find that the basic Air Mail service is excellent and the most inexpensive.

Do I have to sign for my delivery?

No

Do you accept delivery to a PO Box?

Yes we do as no signature is required
