Downloads Help

**Please CONTACT US if you need help at any time with the download process. We understand that these things can be challenging and we have options to help get you sorted.

Listed below are three ways to get your download files depending on what device you are using - Computer, Android Device or iOS Device

USING YOUR COMPUTER - there are 2 steps to get your MP3 files (which are contained in a .zip folder)

(After ordering, within 10 mins you will receive an email containing a link).

1. Downloading the .zip folder into your computer
Click on the link in your email and a browser will launch showing another link to your .zip folder containing the name of the product you ordered.
Click on this link and your computer will begin to download the .zip folder (in some computers a pop up will prompt you to save your file).

2. Locating the .zip folder and extracting (unzipping) your MP3 files
Once the download is complete locate your .zip folder in your computer. Typically it will be in your 'Downloads' folder and have the name of the product you ordered with a .zip extension
Click on the .zip folder. In most cases simply clicking on the folder will begin to extract the MP3s you ordered and you should be able to see them in the folder. In some cases you may be prompted to select a destination folder for the files.

Note that the unzipping process may vary depending on your operating system and software you are using to handle .zip folders.

USING AN ANDROID DEVICE - note that instructions will depend on what App you have for the purpose

Simple download instructions
1. Download the .zip folder.
2. In your downloads folder, tap on the .zip folder to open it, and press Extract.
3. Open Play Music and listen.

More involved download instructions
1. Download the .zip folder.
2. In your Downloads folder, tap on the .zip folder to open it. If it won’t open, download an app like Acr File Manager or File Manager or something similar.
3. Unzip the file to your Downloads folder, and then move the tracks to the Music folder in your phone’s file system.
4. Open Play Music and listen.

Unfortunately, Apple doesn’t allow direct downloading of MP3 files to iOS devices like iPhones or iPads. If you want the files in your native Music app, what you can do instead is download your files to a computer (see instructions above) and then sync your computer with your device to transfer them. If you don't have access to a computer then Contact us and we will create another solution.
